We are planning a trip to Florida this January with my ILs, and FIL is the one who makes the arrangements. They know we want a purchased seat for DD (1yo at the time of travel), but FIL insists on flying Allegiant - and they don't have an option on their website to purchase a ticket for a child under 2yo.
How do we circumvent this? Should we fudge DD's birthdate to make her 2yo, and then call to fix it? (I've seen/heard that recommended)
