I really like the new Nissan Versa by what I have seen online. I was just wondering is anyone on here has one and likes it. And also how big is the back seat?

I am really hoping to find a 4 door car/hatchback (I really like the way they look) that can possibly fit three carseats accross in the back seat.

TIA.

I don't have one, but we looked at it at the car show pretty closely. I don't know about getting 3 seats in it...its pretty narrow. But there was a decent amount of legroom, so I don't think there would be that much problem with RF - about the same as any small sedan, I think.

I bought this car, largely because of its relatively large backseat (for a compact car!)

I only have two kids, and they are currently in a Britax Wizard FF and a Graco Snugride. I can't imagine any adult fitting between these two seats.

I am going to need two new carseats soon (when the baby outgrows the infant seat), and I am seriously considering buying a Sunshine Kids Radian for its narrowness, and using my Safeguard GO (also pretty narrow) in the center for my 4 yo. I'm wondering if doing so could render it possible to fit a third skinny butt in back, but I haven't done the experiment yet.

The much greater rear leg room of this car does make it SOOOOO much easier to install your seats in this car, IMHO. More room to work. Plus, unlike my old Ford Escort wagon, a front seat passenger still has plenty of legroom with a RF seat behind it, which pleases my mother to no end when she visits. :)
