A NF was returned to BRU the other day, the harness wasn't moving at all, and the button just flapped uselessly. No unusual wear and tear, it was less than a year old. Has anyone else seen this? I told the parents to call Chicco to see about a replacement and also so Chicco could know about it, but they took the discounted return price and paid the difference for a new seat, they needed it NOW, not to mess with potential Chicco shipping times or not refunding or whatever.
This was the first time I've seen this issue at the store, anyway, so I don't know if it's a potential wide-ranging problem (we got a LOT of stuck graco buckles, in comparison).
