Question 3 across in rental

Hello. We are travelling with out 3 children to Vancouver for the holidays. Am hoping to rent a car rather than a mini-van to save some money.

The seats we have are Safety 1st Complete Air. Two RF 2yr olds and 1 FF 5.5yr old. Actually thinking of bringing the booster for the 5 yr old as it's easier to travel with. Booster is Graco Turbo booster.

Is it possible to fit 3 across safely in a full size car?
When you book a car it says Chevy Impala or similar. So I cannot be guaranteed a specific car and so just want to know if these seats will be easy to fit three across.

The difference between a full size and mini van for the time we are there is $450!

Typically, as long as there's availability there, the car hire agencies will work with you on the seat issue. I've switched cars twice before at an airport location in order to get a configuration that worked. It's possible that you end up having to shift the booster in and out or leave it buckled, but I'm fairly confident you'll find something that works. You can always look up the options at that location on Edmunds.com and take a cheat sheet with you so you have the hip room numbers on hand while at the rental desk.
