Clek's replacement policy

For accidents? I've tried looking it up but can't find it.

Edit: I misread the question but my answer may still be helpful to some people...my answer relates to Clek replacing your crashed seat for you if you cannot get it replaced through insurance.

This is just from memory when I spoke to them 2 years ago, but you have to fill out a form and provide a police report or some other confirmation that the accident actually happened and you have to send the crashed seat back to them. Then they give you a 30% discount on the seat of your choice.

I don't need them to replace the seats. Just when do they say you have to replace them in an accident? Is it all accidents?

I know. I edited like 2 seconds after I posted saying I misread but that I was leaving the info in case someone else needed it.

My Oobr said replace after any accident. http://clekinc.com/support/documents/clekus000037/ I can't speak for the convertibles.

That's what I thought. I can't find any actual statement to that tho. I just looked in the owners manual and I can't find it in there either. I've tried asking on their Facebook page but the post keeps getting deleted.
