How does the shoulder belt fit once she's in it? I wouldn't worry as long as it's snug against her chest and shoulder, not out in front of her.

Is it the recline you are asking about? The recline looks fine to me. In a car you can't really change the recline of a booster seat (except the Clek Oobr). It fits how it fits. In a vehicle with reclining seats it is different, and you want to make sure the seat is in an upright position (which does not mean completely straight up, more of a natural sitting position).

It is a seban so the seat doesn't recline, the seat belt fits perfectly when she is in it
