Can pool noodles be use to install this seat? I can't find the instructions online and it's not my seat and the manual is lost

If you aren't a tech, aren't familiar with the seat, and don't have the manual, you probably should not be helping to install the seat.

I am familiar with the seat but I wasn't sure if they had change something, and I am not helping, she is considering returning the seat because is too upright and she left the manual at her mom's house with the box of the seat, that's why I am asking here for her, she can't ask herself because she doesn't speak english
