Rear facing tether point

If you are willing to do without the center console, you can take that off and create a point with a d ring on one of the metal brackets there.

Otherwise you'd need to take plastic off a seat track and be ok with tethering to a seat leg. Although I'm hesitant to recommend that will the advanced airbags and all.

I have a 2013 Ody and information I found on Carseatblog stated that the inside passenger seat leg (leg closest to the center) is an acceptable tether location for both a passenger side and center RF seat. You will need to use a the d-ring strap to wrap around the base of the leg (and it is tough with a Britax strap, let me tell you...it takes every millimeter of the strap to get that d-ring through). As long as you don't over tighten the tether against the passenger seat back/bottom the airbag sensors aren't affected (per a local CPST and my owners' manual). The owner's manual refers to putting pressure on the back/bottom of the passenger seat... pretty much "do not pack items under the passenger seat" or something to that effect. Ask a knowledgable person at your dealer/Honda who hopefully could provide more information if you are worried.

Alternately, the anchor would be as stated by the person above...remove the front console and use one of the floor attachment places for an anchor point.

Edit: to access that passenger seat leg you do have to remove the plastic molding around the seat track, and it can't be replaced as long as the tether is attached.
