My Size and 4 Ever = head slump?

Of the many photos I've seen on FB of these seats, all the kiddos seem like they have head slump and not even when asleep. Is anyone finding this to be a problem? Or maybe not a problem but is what people are seeing?

Both are pretty reclined for younger forward facing kids, so I can't imagine it would be too bad.

My RFer hasn't had head slump issues. My FF daughter is so reclined in the 4EVER, I don't think it would be physically possible for her head to slump.

It must just be the photo angles or something. Everyone's chin looks like it's on their chest. I'll have to take a look at Griffin in his just to see in real life.

My 4 year old does have head slump in the 4ever. I can't figure out how. It is worse in the 4ever than the frontier 90. The 4ever is in the most reclined setting for forward facing and the frontier was in recline mode. It really doesn't make sense but it is what it is;). He cried a lot when sleeping in the frontier 90 and doesn't seem to do that in the 4ever so he will stay in the 4ever.

Kids are so hard to figure out! I was all set to purchase a new seat for DD when she turned FF because she was having head slump in her RF, non AA radian. And FF? No head slump at all.

You just never know what will work for any particular child!

I agree that it can be funny how kids can stay in place in a very upright seat. My DS1 had no issue in his radian ffing too. Part of me thinks it is the way the headwings are shaped. The radian wings are closer... Tighter around the head but on the 4ever they are wider. My DS2 is slumping less over time in the 4ever... Maybe he is figuring out how to keep his head up better. I see him get ready to fall asleep and he really wedges his head into the 4ever wings now.
