Bubblebum woes....

I cannot get a Bubblebum to last us longer than 4 months....
It gets used everyday by a 52lb little girl. She's not rough, no bouncing, jumping, getting crazy, etc.
Just realized that our "new" replacement of approx 2 months doesn't hold air....

1) I know that it passed the safety test deflated. So is it ok just to continue to use it deflated?

2) Has anyone used the Dream on Me Coupe no back booster seat? I believe it appears it's approx 2 inches wider than the Bubblebum. Has anyone used it in a three across?

Hi Julia- this definitely shouldn't be happening. Please check your messages and I will provide you with contact information for someone at Bubblebum who can help you!

I was thinking of getting a Bubblebum to have in the middle for my 10yo, but now I'm not too sure. :/
Have you been able to talk to them?

I had a problem with mine, and they were very quick to respond and send me a replacement when I contacted them. There are many, many people not having any problems, but they have great customer service for those that do.

I must have gotten a really good one. It has been used and abused for more than a year and it might be slightly flatter than it should be, but it still is inflated and works great. And sometimes it is used by a child who is actually over the weight limit, but it is the only thing that works when we need it for that child so we go with it. Which is the used and abused part.

Seriously- I love the Bubblebum and their customer service is even better!

They will be sending me out a new seat!

I will continue to recommend the Bubblebum to anyone who will listen to me! :p
