2 RF car seats in 2 door car

My husband has a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix 2 door. Can anyone suggest how to position 2 RF seats in the back seat?

Currently we have a 2 year old RF in a Evenflo Symphony 65 (behind passenger seat) and a 10 month old in a Keyfit30 RF (behind driver). The 10 month old is ready to switch to a convertible chair.

We have 2 Evenflo Symphony 65s and 2 Diono Radians. How would you position the seats?

I would try one center and one outboard. That way you could climb into the available outboard seat to buckle them. Otherwise, I would put them both outboard and lean over the center from the front seat to buckle them.
