Graco Children's Products (Graco) is recalling certain rear-facing child restraints manufactured between July 2010 and May 2013, models SnugRide, SnugRide Classic Connect (including Classic Connect 30 and 35), SnugRide 30, SnugRide 35, SnugRide Click Connect 40, and Aprica A30. The defect involves difficulty in unlatching the harness buckle. Sony Recalls VAIO Flip PC Laptops Due to Fire and Burn Hazards. Sold at
Sony retail stores nationwide and online at www.store.sony.com from February 2014 to April 2014 for about $800.

Porter-Cable Fixed-Base Production Routers Recalled Due to Electrical Shock Hazard. Sold at Major industrial equipment suppliers and woodworker suppliers nationwide from 1990 to April 2014 for about $85 to $690 depending on the model.

All Power America Recalls Snow Throwers Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at Menards Stores and independent hardware retailers from September 2012 through December 2013 for about $200.

Richard’s Rubs & Seasonings LLC is recalling Richard’s Too Good BBQ Sauce, Richard’s Too Good Hot Sauce and Richard’s Too Good Teriyaki Sauce because they may have been improperly processed and because they may have the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum. The recalled sauces were sold in western Washington grocery stores and butcher shops in Kitsap, Snohomish and King counties.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of COUMADIN® (Warfarin Sodium) for Injection Due to Presence of Particulate Matter. http://www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm403501.htm

Foster Farms, a Livingston, Calif., based establishment, is recalling an undetermined amount of chicken products that may be contaminated with a particular strain of Salmonella Heidelberg. The recalled product includes fresh chicken products sold by retailers under Foster Farms or private label brand names, with varying “use or freeze by”dates ranging from March 16 through March 31, 2014, and frozen Sunland Chicken products with “best by” dates from March 7 through March 11, 2015. The products subject to recall bear the establishment number “P6137,” P6137A” or “P7632” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The chicken products were produced from March 7 through March 13, 2014. These products were shipped to Costco, Foodmaxx, Kroger, Safeway and other retail stores and distribution centers in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah and Washington. http://www.fsis.usda.gov/wps/wcm/co...-archive/archive/2014/recall-044-2014-release

Kanani Foods, a Las Vegas, Nev. establishment, is recalling approximately 59 pounds of various chicken products (“Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls”, “Orange Chicken Rice Bowls”) because the products were not produced under a fully implemented Ready-To-Eat Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan. HEB Meat Processing, a San Antonio, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 75,465 pounds of various fresh beef products because they may be contaminated with foreign materials. E. G. Emils & Sons, Inc., a Philadelphia, Pa. establishment, is recalling approximately 5,896 pounds of deli ham product (“Wegman’s Food You Feel Good About Organic Ham”) that may be contaminated with extraneous materials. The product was shipped to Wegman’s locations in Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia to be sliced at deli counters. The organic ham was sold between June 12 and June 25. Oriya Organics, LLC is voluntarily recalling Oriya Organics Superfood Protein Medley which contain Organic Sprouted Chia Seed Powder due to possible health risks related to Salmonella contamination. Products were sold in retailers in Texas and Louisiana. HEALTH MATTERS AMERICA INC. of Cheektowaga, New York is expanding the voluntary recall of Organic Traditions Sprouted Chia Seed Powder and Sprouted Chia& Flax Seed Powder due to possible Salmonella contamination. Cargill’s animal nutrition business today announced a voluntary recall of its Nutrena NatureWise meatbird feed due to excess levels of sodium. he affected products were manufactured at Cargill’s West Branch, Iowa, facility on April 28, 2014, and were distributed in Iowa, Illinois, and possibly Missouri. Products were sold in 40-lb. bags under the name NatureWise Meatbird 22% Crumble with the product code 91585-40 and lot code 5941181016. http://www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm403829.htm
