Older sedans with 3 headrests? (inexpensive, fuel economy, wide, booster-friendly too??)

Anybody want to help me out with a question that's probably been asked 1000x?

I've been driving vans forever. I've never paid the slightest attention to car threads because I'd already pinned down my next van (06+ Sedona). Then we decided to change strategy. Now we're thinking about a car.

So... old enough to be inexpensive. New enough to have headrests & shoulder belts. Not obnoxiously narrow back seat. Big enough trunk to jam in a couple hockey bags. But still cheap on fuel (so hopefully smaller than an Impala?).

Something like my mom's 2006 Mazda3, but with 3 headrests in the back.

Can I get all headrests with, say, $7000?

Ford Five Hundred? I think all 3 seats have headrests and I see them for under $6000 around here pretty frequently.
ETA: Never mind. I just checked and the center seat doesn't have a headrest. Makes me glad I didn't end up getting one. What is with all these cars without headrests?!?

Thanks for looking. I think with the domestic vehicles, you have to go to the newest generation to have a chance at 3 headrests. Of course, the alternative is to look for seats with easy-to-dismantle back seats. I already know how to retrofit headrests, haha. (I've retrofitted my 15p van by scavenging Dodge Caravan bench seats ;) )

2005 Camry or Corolla (I know the 05 Camry has them, and I believe the middle head rest was added to the Corolla in 05 or 06).
