Did Britax send me wrong parts???

I'm currently on hold with Britax because I got my replacement harnesses in for my frontier sicts... BUT, there's no way to attach the bottom part of the harness to the seat. It's like they forgot to put on the metal part that slides through and then flips into place to hold the harness part by the bottom in place. What do I do?

Never mind... I called them and was really nice about it.. Good thing, cause it was MY fault ;) but they said they'd send me the right ones for free!!!

Did they switch to a removable hip terminal maybe? Check the straps that are currently on your seat and see if they match.
