Quick! Maryland CR laws?!

OK, I know I should be able to look this up myself, but to no avail

New neighbors just moved in a couple houses down. They have two turboboosters (HB) in their back seat. I haven't yet seen or met the family, but my other neighbor went down and says that the boys are 3 and 4, and small. PA says "4 y.o. and 40#" but I'm not so sure about what MD law says. I'll probably just be all like (since they just came from out of state) "I'm a CPS tech blah blah. Did you know our state law is actually 4 yo and 40# to ride in a booster? It's so much safer anyway" etc etc.

I live in MD.

Under 1 and 20 MUST be RF. 6 and 40 to be in a belt alone, and I think we have a proper use clause.

yeah, there's no booster portion of the law just that they need to be in some kind of seat until 6 years old and 40 lbs. The 40 lb part is not very well known (and I don't help spread that knowledge either) most people think it is 6 and 60 lbs.
