Nest Labs Recalls to Repair Nest Protect Smoke + CO Alarms Due to Failure to Sound Alert. Sold at Best Buy, Home Depot and other retailers nationwide, and online at nest.com, amazon.com, bestbuy.com and homedepot.com from November 15, 2013 to April 3, 2014 for about $130.

Office Depot Recalls Gibson Leather Task Chairs Due to Fall Hazard

Adult Portable Bed Handles Recalled by Bed Handles Inc. Due to Entrapment and Strangulation Hazards; Three Deaths Reported. Exmark Recalls Quest ZRT Riding Mowers Due to Loss of Steering Control and Crash Hazard. Sold at Hardware, lawn and garden, rental equipment stores and others nationwide from April 2009 through October 2010 for between $4,600 and $6,000.

Organic yogurt maker Stonyfield is extending its voluntary recall of YoBaby Peach/Pear yogurt in 4 oz. 6-pack cups with the code date June 05 2014 (UPC 052159701161). The recall now includes an additional 1,344 6-packs shipped to 271 more stores, mostly Safeway and Fred Meyer stores, in the following states: Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, and Northern California. http://www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm396959.htm

US Trading Company of Hayward, CA is recalling its Dragonfly Brand Crushed Chili Powder in 6.3 ounce plastic tubs with lot code 359XP, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Hospira, Inc. (NYSE: HSP), on Jan. 10, 2014, issued a nationwide recall to the user level for one lot of Dobutamine Injection, USP, 250 mg, 20 mL, Single-dose fliptop vial, (NDC 0409-2344-02), Lot 27-352-DK. (NDC and lot number can be found on the right-hand side of the primary label). Bravo is recalling select lots and product(s) of Bravo Pet Food because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Ventlab LLC. of Grand Rapids, Michigan has initiated a voluntary medical device removal of a limited number of Ventlab™ Resuscitator Bags after becoming aware of complaints regarding a sticking duckbill valve that resulted in the resuscitation bags delivering no air through the patient valve, to the patient. http://www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm397682.htm

Kraft Foods Group is voluntarily recalling select Knudsen Cottage Cheese, Breakstone's Cottage Cheese, Simply Kraft Cottage Cheese, and Daily Chef Cottage Cheese products. Some ingredients used in these products were not stored in accordance with Kraft's temperature standards. The affected products all have code dates from May 9, 2014 through July 23, 2014. Prepared Foods manufacturer, Lansal, Inc.( d.b.a Hot Mama’s Foods), announced today that as a precaution it is voluntarily recalling approximately 14,860 pounds of hummus and dip products (Target Archer Farms Traditional Hummus, Target Archer Farms Roasted Garlic with Roasted Garlic Tapenade, Target Archer Farms Roasted Red Pepper with Roasted Red Pepper Topping, Giant Eagle Chipotle Hummus, Giant Eagle Garlic Hummus, Trader Joe’s Edamame Hummus, Trader Joe’s 5 Layered Dip, Tryst Yellow Lentil Hummus with Sunflower Seeds & Apricots) due to concerns about possible Listeria monocytogenes. http://www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm398106.htm

St. Louis-based Sherman Produce is voluntarily recalling walnuts comprising of 241 cases of bulk walnuts packaged in 25 lb bulk cardboard boxes and Schnucks brand 10 oz trays with UPC 00338390032 with best by dates 03/15 and 04/15 because the products are potentially contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. These products were sold to retailers in MO and IL from March – May 2014.

Belleville Farmer’s Market of Belleville, IL is recalling its packages of Shelled Walnuts because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled Shelled Walnuts were distributed in our Belleville retail stores. http://www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm398733.htm

Sun Tree LLC is voluntarily recalling walnuts comprising of 46 cases of 24 count 12oz produce bags, California Grown Shelled Walnuts, Lot No. 42720, Best by 12/11/2014 UPC code, 69887507806, because it has been determined that there is a possibility of contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Transatlantic Foods, Inc., a New York company, is recalling approximately 222,000 pounds of pork and poultry products that did not receive the full benefit of inspection. The duck fat included in the recall was produced from January 2012 through May 2014 and bears the establishment number “P-39954.” The remaining products were produced prior to October 18, 2013 and bear the establishment number “Est. 33806” or “Est. 45100,” “P-33806” or “P-45100” inside the USDA Mark of Inspection. Transatlantic Foods, Inc., a New York company, is recalling 449,000 pounds of pork products due to misbranding. The pork products in the recall were produced from January 2012 through February 2014. The products bear the establishment number “Est. 33806” or “Est. 45100” inside the USDA Mark of Inspection. Wolverine Packing Company, a Detroit, Mich. establishment, is recalling approximately 1.8 million pounds of ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The ground beef products were produced between March 31, 2014 and April 18, 2014. Hospira, Inc. (NYSE: HSP), announced today it will initiate a voluntary nationwide recall to the user level for one lot of Labetalol Hydrochloride Injection, USP, 100 mg/20 mL (5 mg/mL) 20 mL Multidose Vial, NDC 0409-2267-20, Lot 36-225-DD, Expiration 12/01/2015. (NDC and lot number can be found on the right-hand side of the primary label).
