Horizon Hobby Recalls Blade 700 X Pro Series Helicopter Kits, Spindle Sets Due To Injury Hazard. Sold at Independent hobby stores nationwide and online at horizonhobby.com from July 2013 through August 2013. The Pro Series Kit sold for between $800 and $1,250. (NYSE: HSP), announced today it will initiate a voluntary nationwide recall to the user level for one lot of 0.25% Marcaine™ (Bupivacaine HCl Injection, USP), 10 mL, Single-dose Vial – Preservative Free (NDC 0409-1559-10), Lot 34-440-DD. Miravalle Foods, Inc. of El Monte, CA, is conducting a voluntarily recall on its 0.75 ounce packages of Miravalle brand Achiote Molido Ground Annato spice because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Organic yogurt maker Stonyfield is voluntarily recalling 188 6-packs of 4 oz YoBaby Peach/Pear cups with the code date June 05 2014 (UPC 052159701161).The recall comes in response to internal testing of the product that revealed the possibility that some product shipped from its Londonderry plant may be affected by coliform contamination. The 4 oz 6-packs were shipped to Target stores in Alabama, Virginia, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina and Walmart stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Delaware.

This product is used as an herbal diet supplement and is packaged in plastic bottles of 30 softgels. Natural Organics, Inc. is expanding its April 3, 2014 recall of distributed Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Mouthwash to Lot 10952 after they were notified by its contract manufacturer INTEGRIA Healthcare (Australia) Pty Ltd. that this second lot of Tea Tree Mouthwash failed microbial contamination testing due to potential bacterial contamination. Nano Well-being Health Inc. is voluntarily recalling lot L1P1-6100/Expiration date June 25, 2016 and lot L1P2-6000/Expiration date September 16, 2016 of Super Arthgold, 500 mg capsules to the consumer level. FDA laboratory analysis has found the product to contain chlorzoxazone, diclofenac and indomethacin, making it an unapproved new drug.
