I reeeeally hope those grey clips on the sides aren't for a shoulder belt routing like the FP Grow With Me or BabyTrend Hybrid... Gah, I hate that belt path with the fury of 1,000 suns.

ETA: Yay! They're harness retaining clips for easy boarding.

I do, however, like that fabric! It looks like a cotton t-shirt, which would be awesome for summer.

Apparently the clips are to hold aside the harness straps for loading...

Oops , cross post!

I hope above all things it has greater than 40" RF height limit...

How is 85lbs possible. Obviously it's not realistic, but Britax and Graco lowered their seat limits to pass testing and had to increase the Pioneer 70's harness to 19.5" to keep it's higher weight limit. I can't imagine this has a 19" harness. Great if it does, just seems odd.

I assume they are still keen on the 40" rf height limit?

I'm looking for a new seat for 3.5yo dd. I'd like her to rf for a little longer then ff. I don't mind ff in convertibles... More support and I only use dedicated boosters when the time comes.

It could have a higher harness....maybe...the lower limit is 14lbs which is pretty high compared to other convertibles (that start around 5lbs).

Should be interesting!

I don't know how realistic an 85lbs limit is, but the original Pria70 adjusts quite high. My 6.5yo would have years left in it FF. I absolutely love my Pria, and this one looks like they took a great seat and made it better. The Pria70 without TinyFit is rated from 9lbs, I think. My 6mo niece just now fits on the lowest slots, so 14lbs doesn't seem unreasonable if this new Pria has the same height bottom slot. The headwings on the Pria85 look narrower. Sassy likes how the wings are close to her head on the Pria70, but I can imagine some kids wouldn't like that, so having more space between the wings might be a good thing.

The Pria 70 goes to 18" which is great. Curious to see if they really did raise it higher! Looks like a great seat. Didn't one of their new seats have a 43" RF limit? That would be perfect!
