Question 2 RF seats in '09 Honda Fit

Hi!

Reading these forums was a huge help to me when I was researching car seats for my daughter. She's now a year and a half, and we're expecting our second this fall. I'm just starting my research now, and I was hoping I might be able to get a little advice.

I drive a 2009 Honda Fit. Currently, my daughter is rear-facing in a Britax Advocate on the passenger side (and has been since birth). She's been pretty consistently 50% percentile both height & weight. She'll have just turned 2 when the next baby comes, and I plan to keep her rear-facing until she hits the 40lb weight limit of her car seat.

I'd love to not replace her seat and just get a second convertible for the new baby. In an absolute ideal world, I'd like to have room for an adult passenger in the back as well. I remember from our research last time around that we had a lot of trouble getting the Radian into the car. We narrowed down to the Coccoro or the Advocate and ended up getting the Advocate because of the higher weight limits, but I'm not opposed to switching things around in another 2-3 years if need be.

Thanks!

The Coccoro will work, but I don't know if you'll get them next to each other, or how comfortably an adult can sit there. Probably decently ok in the middle.

The Radian works wonderfully when you can use an angle adjuster with it. But until then, not so much.

Don't forget the Advocate is outgrown at 1" of shell, not headrest, above the head. Most kids don't make it to 40 pounds before they outgrow it by height.
