What's the easiest set up here?

I'm going to have an extra baby for a day this week, so I'm trying to figure out what's the easiest set-up for loading/unloading. I currently have an almost 8 year old 3rd row in a HBTB, 4 1/2 yo FF in a RN XTSL driver side, and a 1yo RF in a Peg70 passenger side in my 2010 Mazda5. On Wednesday I'm going to have a 5mo as well, but the 7yo will be in school. I'm not sure what seat 5mo is going to be in (I could use his infant seat which I'm fairly sure is safe, but I'm not 100% sure - could be a hand-me-down, expired, crashed, etc - I'm always hesitant to use the parent's seat unless I know for sure!) which is complicating this.
I'm imagining that if he's in an infant seat, I could move the 4yo to the back row? Move the seat in front of her forward/down so she can climb in and I could reach back to buckle? (She can do her chest clip, but not the crotch buckle.) Then put the seat back up and install the baby's seat there?
Another option would be to put 5mo in the Peg70, move 1yo to another seat (I actually don't have any spares  but I could borrow a RN or something from P1Ally, or I potentially could have a TWE from Tl01) and I'm actually more comfortable with the all-known-seats scenario, but I can't figure out an easy way to load everyone for this scenario. 4yo back row still and buckle from the back, maybe? I'm very short so even though the 5 is a small/short vehicle, doing anything from the back is very difficult for me.

Other complicating factors: I'm not sure the RN will even install FF in the third row. I don't know if any RF'ing seats can fit back there. Any BTDT advice?

Okay... I just played around for awhile in the car and the RN does NOT work FF third row. I didn't want to put any RF'ers in the third row because even sitting in there with the car running and A/C going full blast, I was sweating. Poor babies sitting backwards there would be boiling. :(
BUT... the Peg70 works FF 3rd row! So I'll stick 4yo in that (just have to double check that she fits, she should) and the RN RF 2nd row. Tl01 may lend me her TFP, so I'll stick either that or the TWE 2nd row also and put the babies in those two. The Peg70 is set up so high on that base that I can lean back from the passenger door 2nd row and still reach to buckle her. So I think I've got it!:D
