My dh hardly ever says much about carseats. He lets me buy whatever and install them. The kids go whichever direction I install their seat. I do preach to him about ERF and not boostering before they are ready, and stuff. But he never says anything.
Last night, he told me some neighbors came over and they were outside talking off-road vehicles. He said he saw their baby's (13 months or so) seat installed FFing, and he immediately thought that was wrong. He said he didn't say anything, because he didn't want to be confrontational, but he knew that baby would be safer RFing.
So very proud of him. HIs family is very lax on carseats, and given his lack of responsiveness, I figured everything I said was going in one ear and out the other. I was so proud that he did actually "get" it and that he is aware of car seat safety. I guess he does listen to me sometimes!
