FF on the plane, RF in the car

We're traveling with a Sureride for my 2-year-old, and I think this is the plan. Do I need to raise the straps for forward facing on the airplane, or is it OK to leave them where they would be for RF?

I'd raise them. Chances are that it would be fine FF on the plane at the lower setting, but if you do a little cost/benefit analysis, changing the harness height for a seat that is not installed in a car is so easy, that it's worth doing even if the risk associated with leaving the straps in the same place is minimal, kwim?

Yes, that makes sense.
