    tltle states what the photo is.
    please note it is not my seat but that off an Australian web site...does it look like the capsule hanges over the seat too much??

    It looks very "Orbit" like!

    Like any seat its going to fit differently in different cars, I would also say that the 80% rule applies. (Seat is ok as long as 80% of the base is in contact with the vehicle seat)

    I guess it can't be used w/o the base as they show that base installs in an airplane seat maybe to show its narrow?? And what are the random straps in the airline photo anyway?

    am I missing something? I can't see any photo?
    Bonnie, Mum to a (38lb) 3 year old rear-facing in a Brio Zento (Black)
    and a (40lb) 4 1/2 year old in a Booster in New Zealand.

    looks like a rounder version of the american FPSV infant seat, which is a companion knockoff.
    Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes...
