Bad time to buy FF carseat?

So I haven't been here in a while but now I'm in the market for a forward facing seat for my 2.5 year old (little brother is moving into her Peg Convertible and I was looking for the next stage in seat). I was thinking that my top contenders are Graco Nautilus, Argo or the Britax Pioneer but seems like there is almost nothing in stock available for Graco. Is the Argo discontinued or is the shortage of available seats related to the buckle recall? Do any of you car-seat gurus know when availability might return to normal? TIA

The limited availability of Graco combination seats is most likely related to the buckle issues.

How tall is your DD? How much does she weigh? The Britax Frontier is another option.

We have about eleventy billion Argos(es?) at my BRU now, now that we finally got them back on the salesfloor after the buckle recall. Frontier and Pioneer are undergoing some minor design change to make the lapbelt fit better in booster mode, so I'm eagerly hoping the new ones come out in a couple weeks or sooner.

The Nautilus is on sale at Target this week and there is a coupon on their web site for $20 off and if you have a Red card you can get another 5% off. There is also a coupon on their web site for 20% off an infant item but I am not sure it will work on the Nautilus.
