Vera Bradley Recalls Bear Ring Rattles and Bunny Toys Due to Choking Hazard. Sold at Vera Bradley retail stores, department stores and specialty gift shops and online at www.verabradley.com and other online stores from September 2012 to January 2014 for between $12 and $19.

Playtex Manufacturing, Inc. announced today it is initiating a voluntary nationwide recall of certain AC/DC power adapters that are used with the Playtex® Nurser Deluxe Double Electric Breast Pump. The casing on some adapters may become loose and separate, resulting in a potential for electric shock. No injuries have been reported to date.The affected adapters were manufactured from November 2012 through July 2013.

Oscars Smokehouse Inc. of Warrensburg, New York is recalling eleven (11) of its 7-oz. “CHEESE SPREADS” varieties marked with 3 digit lot numbers ranging from” 719-959” because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled products were distributed nationwide through mail order sales, wholesale sales and one retail store between 3/21/2013 to 3/21/2014.
