Secure Kid in booster mode question

Matt's Secure Kid buckle is sticking and he'd like to move to a booster so I figured we could give it a try. He's 6 and 44 lbs and in the 3rd row of the Routan/Caravan, so that's an issue.

I checked on IIHS and the Secure Kid is rated best bet, so I thought we could try it. So, I'm wondering if anyone has used the Secure Kid in booster mode or in the Caravan/Routan/Town and Country in the 3rd row?

Other options we already have are the Parkway SGL and the Monterey.
