Question Looking for a specific car seat Technician in SF Bay Area

Hi all,
I have read as many posts as I can to try to get my Diono installed RF in the middle of the backseat of my 2013 Subaru Outback with seatbelts and have had no luck. We even called Diono and got some more tips but they still haven't worked. Right now, we have it installed RF behind the passenger seat with LATCH and it seems pretty solid.
I would like to have this position checked and also get some help on possibly installing it with the seatbelts.
Does anyone know of a tech in the SF Bay Area (preferably San Francisco) who has experience with the Diono/Subaru installation?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!
