DH and I are looking at this vehicle off Craigslist and was wondering if there were ANY opinions?

The offer is $3100 and needs 2 tires and brakes.

How does it fit carseats? Any possiblity of three across with one regent in the mix?

Thanks for any and all advice and opinions!
