Question baby trend

I'm helping a new mom with her Baby Trend infant carseat. Even at the most reclined setting the red dot showed up at the 20-30lb range. I mentioned that she would need a pool noodle but couldn't remember if you could leave the recline block up along with the noodle or noodle only and recline block flat. Thanks

Seeeeeeems to indicate you can leave the angle foot out. I would try it both ways, because sometimes having the small foot on the small noodle makes things tippy. If it isn't tippy, I wouldn't worry, use them both. If it's tippy, retract it fully and just use noodles.
