I ordered an affix from amazon and I can't assemble it - the part in the base where the right arm clicks in is deformed. Problem is I already clicked in the left arm before I realized this, and I don't think I can get the left arm back out - which means it won't go back in the box and I can't return it. I called Graco on Tuesday to ask if they can send a new base - but they weren't even taking calls. They said to try later or to use the web site. So I sent an email through the web site and described the issue, and got an email back telling me all about the buckle issue. It said if I didn't get another reply in 72 hours to call again. So I called on Friday and again couldn't get through. So now I have this half assembled booster seat that I can't use and can't return sitting in my front room and I don't know if I should contact Amazon at this point or what.
