Graco Children's Products, Inc. (Graco) is recalling model year 2009 through 2013 toddler and booster child restraints, models Cozy Cline, Comfort Sport, Classic Ride 50, My Ride 65, My Ride with Safety Surround, My Ride 70, Size 4 Me 70, Smartseat, Nautilus, Nautilus Elite, and Argos 70. The alleged defect involves difficulty in unlatching the harness buckle. In some cases, the buckle becomes stuck in a latched condition so that it cannot be opened by depressing the buckle's release button.

Infantino Recalls Go Gaga Squeeze & Teethe Coco the Monkey Teething Toys Due to Choking Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Target. Sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide and online from December 2012 through January 2014 for about $13.

Eastman Footwear Recalls Coleman Runestone Children’s Shoes Due to Laceration Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Big 5 Sporting Goods. Sold at Big 5 Sporting Goods retail stores nationally from January 2013 through December 2013 for about $39.

Fitbit Force activity tracker recalled due to test results showing that some users are likely experiencing alleric contact dermatitis. All Force materials are commonly used in consumer products. However, some users may be reacting to the nickel present in the surgical grade stainless steel used in the device. Other users are likely experiencing an allergic reaction to the materials used in the strap or the adhesives used to assemble the product.

Sterling Rope Company Recalls Sewn Cords Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at Authorized Sterling Rope dealers from January 2013 through January 2014 in the United States and Canada for about $8 to $312.

Lucent Ace Manufacturing Recalls LED Flashlights Due to Burn Hazard. Sold exclusively at Academy Sports + Outdoors stores nationwide from October 2013 to November 2013 for about $3.

Club Car Recalls Golf and Transport Vehicles Due to Fall Hazard. Sold through Authorized Club Car dealers nationwide in February 2012 for between $5,000 and $8,000.

LEM Products Distribution Expands Recall Including Previously-Repaired 5-Tray Food Dehydrators Due to Shock Hazard. Sold at Buchheit, Gander Mountain, Rural King, Sportsman’s Warehouse and Theisen Supply stores and other mass merchandisers and retailers nationwide and online at www.lemproducts.com from June 2011 through December 2013 for between $125 and $160.

Kawasaki USA Recalls Off-Road Motorcycles Due to Fuel Leak and Fire Hazard. Sold at Kawasaki dealers nationwide from November 2009 to January 2014 for about $2,100 to $2,350.

HDX™ and Powermate® two-gallon air compressors Recalled by MAT Industries Due to Shock Hazard. Sold at The Home Depot and online at homedepot.com (HDX air compressors only), Menards and other stores (Powermate air compressors) nationwide from June 2010 through October 2013 for between $80 and $120.

Visonic Amber Personal Emergency Response Kits Recalled Due to Failure to Signal Emergency Assistance. Sold at Visonic distributors and professional alarm installation firms nationwide from April 2012 through April 2013 for between $220 and $240 for the kits.

Falafel King of Boulder, Colorado is recalling 10 ounce containers of Hatch Green Chile Hummus and 8.5 ounce Hatch Green Chile Wraps because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled Hatch Green Chile Hummus and Hatch Green Chile Wraps were distributed to retail stores in certain areas of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Nebraska.

ROTH FARMS Inc. of Belle Glade, Fl , is recalling its “ bunched Curly Parsley” because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The recalled "Curly Parsley" was distributed in South Florida distribution centers.

Mars Foodservices US is voluntarily recalling Foodservices UNCLE BEN’S® INFUSED® Rice products, which are only sold in 5 lbs and 25 lbs bags. UNCLE BEN’S® Brand Ready to Heat, Boxed, Bag or Cup Products available in supermarkets and other retail outlets are not involved. Our Foodservices Products are manufactured separately and are sold through wholesale distribution channels.

Nutriom LLC, a Lacey, Wash., establishment, is recalling approximately 226,710 pounds of processed egg products (OvaEasy, Wise Company, Wise Blend, eFoods, that may be contaminated with Salmonella. The dried egg products were produced between Feb. 28, 2013, and Feb. 8, 2014, and bear the establishment number “INSPECTED EGG PRODUCTS PLANT 21493G” inside the USDA Mark of Inspection. These products were shipped nationwide and to U.S. military installations in the United States and abroad, as well as to Canada.

Agila Specialties Private Limited is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall to the hospital/user level of 10 lots of Etomidate Injection 2 mg/mL – 10 mL and 20 mL. All of the products bear a Pfizer label. Agila Specialties Private Limited initiated the recall on Feb. 13, 2014, due to the potential for small black particles, identified as paper shipper labels, to be present in individual vials; the potential for missing lot number and/or expiry date on the outer carton, and the potential for illegible/missing lot number and expiry on individual vials.

Respironics, Inc., a Philips Healthcare business, today announced a worldwide recall of approximately 600 Philips Respironics Trilogy Ventilators, comprising Trilogy Ventilator Models 100, 200 and 202.On February 11, 2014, Philips Respironics initiated a voluntary recall to address a potentially defective component on the Trilogy Ventilator power management board, which could affect the function of the device.

Tandem Diabetes Care®, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNDM), or Tandem, today announced that it is expanding a voluntary recall of specific lots of insulin cartridges that are used with the t:slim® Insulin Pump. The affected cartridges may be at risk for leaking. The affected lots shipped to customers or distributors represent an aggregate of approximately 13,000 boxes of cartridges (10 cartridges per box). The affected lots announced on January 10, 2014 were shipped from December 17, 2013 to January 10, 2014. The affected lots announced on January 20, 2014 were shipped prior to October 16, 2013.

Ben Venue Laboratories, Inc. Issues A Voluntary Nationwide Patient Level Recall Of Acetylcysteine Solution 10%, Usp, Lot 2005479
This voluntary recall was initiated on February 14, 2014 after the discovery of a single visible glass particle in a vial within the lot listed above.

Med-Vet International initiated a nationwide recall of 140 boxes of 1/2cc U-40 insulin syringes. The syringes have been found to be labeled with 40 units per 1/2cc syringe and they should be marked with only 20 units per 1/2cc, which potentially could result in lower than prescribed doses of insulin. Recalled 1/2cc U-40 insulin syringes were manufactured May, 2012 and distributed from Jan 2013 to Feb 2014 to consumers, animal hospitals, animal shelters, farmers, and veterinarians.
