This is an OtterBox Defender in VGUC for an iPhone 4/4s. I've had it less than a year.
The only issue is that the top front of the rubbery cover doesn't sit completely flush against the harder plastic (you can see it in the photo), but I didn't care enough to do anything about it. (It was like that when I got it new.)
