Our BubbleBum, dom 11/11, will not hold air. Is it worth contacting the manufacturer or is it too "old" at 2yrs 3 months?

I would contact them. I had a seat a year old that they sent me a new bladder for ASAP when I contacted them about the same problem.

So, I do have to say they have quite persistent customer service.
I emailed them and they replied quickly stating they would send me a new bladder.....for $7.95 (shipping) since it was out of warranty.
I'm not sure I want to do that so I didn't reply. They sent another email making sure I got the first email. I was out of town and not replying to emails until I returned. THEN yesterday I received a phone message from them stating they have been attempting to contact me regarding my issue.
Geesh!!
I just emailed them letting them I did receive all of their messages and am not sure what I want to do with it.

And after "birthin'" a ten pound baby, I totally need a new bladder!!!!
