Where the Heck do I store the Manuel???? And when did you stop using the infant insert? It says 22lbs and he fits well with it now (16lbs) but I don't see him really needing it.

I keep our manuals in the glove box in the car. I know a lot of the seats have some kind of slot on the seat or cover but I don't want them falling out somewhere. And then I download them on my computer so I can reference them if I need to when I'm changing covers or something in the house.

I'm not sure on the inserts.

I have a Roundabout G4 and you store the manual in a little pocket in the cover. Like, you pull the flaps of the cover (the parts you lift up to expose the RF belt path) and one of them has a pocket. Not sure about the Marathon and Boulevard, but I would guess it's the same. The Marathon manual shows that it has a storage pocket around the headrest area.

As far as the insert, my baby is also 16 lbs and would fit just fine without the insert. But it's required to 22 lbs, so we will use it until she hits 22 lbs.

Is the insert making him uncomfortable or giving him a poor fit? I would call Britax if you are concerned about it.

About the slot in the cover...If your kiddo pees or spills, that slot puts in right in the flood zone.

Omg glad I mentioned the insert!! I though it was optional!?!? That's how it read to me at first but now rerreading I can see how it's meant to mean mandatory....

I found the sad excuse for Manuel storage *boo* what's up with that?? .my 1yr old chaperone's and the classic marathon's were wayyyyyy better placed/thought our. 2 tiny pieces of elastics don't cut it, I think I'll glove box it lol
