I was just reading the manual online for the Peg Perego SIP carrier and found 2 things interesting about it
1) Expiry date is given as 5yrs in more than one spot in the manual.
2) It says top of infants head shouldn't exceed the top of the carrier - meaning the 1" of hard shell rule doesn't apply on this seat?
This was the US manual I was reading, I wasn't sure where to find a Canadian one online but will have to make a trip to a store that carries them so I can read the manual and play with the seat..
So, is this standard with all peg perego carriers? I find it shocking that one of the most expensive infant carriers on the market also has the shortest life span.
