Under Armour Recalls Tottenham Hotspu Infant Sports Jersey Kits Due To Laceration and Choking Hazards. Sold at Pegasus Sporting Goods and Upper 90 Soccer + Sport between August and December 2013 for about $50.

SRAM Recalls Hydraulic Bicycle Brakes Due to Crash and Injury Hazards. Specialty bicycle retailers nationwide from May 2013 to December 2013 for between $285 and $581 for the disc or rim brakes. Bicycles sold with the SRAM disc or rim range from $2,500 to $7,500.

Arctic Cat Recalls Snowmobiles Due to Fuel Leak and Fire Hazard. Sold at Arctic Cat dealers nationwide from September 2013 to January 2014 for between $7,800 and $9,000.

Cybex International Recalls Olympic Decline Free Weight Bench Due to Fall and Injury Hazards. Sold at Cybex or its distributors directly to gyms from December 2008 through September 2013 for about $1,100.

American Honda Recalls Walk-behind 21” Lawnmowers Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold at Honda brand lawnmowers were sold at Honda Power Equipment dealers and Home Depot stores nationwide from January 2013 through December 2013 for between $580 and $780. Columbia brand lawnmowers were sold at Beaver Valley Supply, Denver, Colo; Lawn Equipment Parts Co, Inc., Marietta, Penn. and at Smiths South-Central Sales Co., Spring Hill, La. from January 2013 through December 2013 for $500.

RSI Recalls Bathroom Medicine Cabinets Due to Injury Hazard. Sold exclusively at The Home Depot stores nationwide from August 2013 through October 2013 for between $70 and $90.

Philips Selecon Recalls Four- and Eight-Leaf Barndoors for Rama Luminaire Stage Lights Due to Impact Hazard. Sold at Theatrical, electrical and lighting supply dealers nationwide from January 2003 to January 2013 for between $75 and $105.

New Yorker Boiler Recalls Home Heating Boilers Due to Carbon Monoxide Hazard. Sold at Plumbing and heating wholesale distributors nationwide from July 2012 through Feb. 2013 for between $1,600 and $3,200.

Bosch Security Systems Recalls Fire Control Panels Due to Fire Alarm Failure. Sold through Authorized distributors and certified professional installers nationwide from January 2012 to December 2012. The circuit module sold for about $90.

Flat Creek Farm & Dairy of Swainsboro, GA has recalled 90 pounds of Heavenly Blue and 78 pounds of Aztec Cheddar cheese, because of potential contamination of Salmonella. The cheeses were distributed in certain parts of Georgia and Florida and (6) online orders (www.flatcreekdairy.com)

Tyson Foods, Inc. a Sedalia, Mo., establishment, is recalling approximately 33,840 pounds of mechanically separated chicken products that may be contaminated with a Salmonella Heidelberg strain. These products were shipped for institutional use only, nationwide. The product is not available for consumer purchase in retail stores.

Rancho Feeding Corporation, a Petaluma, Calif., establishment, is recalling approximately 41,683 pounds of various meat products because they were produced without the benefit of full federal inspection. The products were produced Jan. 8, 2014, and shipped to distribution centers and retail establishments in California.

Gusto Packing, a Montgomery, Ill. establishment, is recalling approximately 67,113 pounds of sliced, spiral ham products due to concerns about possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The hams were shipped to wholesalers for further distribution in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio, while some were exported to Canada.

Midwest Wholesale Issues Voluntary Recall of Boost Ultra, XZone Gold, Sexy Monkey, Triple MiracleZen Platinum, Magic for Men, "New" Extenze, and New XZen Platinum Marketed as a Dietary Supplements Due to the Presence of Undeclared Drug Ingredients. These products were distributed to 20 selected retail locations in several states by Midwest Wholesale from August 1, 2013 to October 22, 2013.

Tandem Diabetes Care®, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNDM) today announced that it is initiating a voluntary recall of specific lots of insulin cartridges that are used with the t:slim® Insulin Pump. The affected cartridges may be at risk for leaking.

Human Science Foundation is voluntarily recalling all lots of Pro ArthMax 120 count bottle, labeled and sold as a dietary supplement to the consumer level. The product has been found to contain undeclared active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), making it an unapproved new drug. The product is marketed as a dietary supplement for joint pain and arthritis and is packaged in 120-count tablets per bottle, in a white plastic screw top bottle. Product was distributed to direct consignees in the state of California then further distributed nationwide to retail stores and via internet sales.

The Mentholatum Company announced today it is conducting a voluntary recall to the retail level of Rohto® Arctic, Rohto® Ice, Rohto® Hydra, Rohto® Relief and Rohto® Cool eye drops Made in Vietnam. This recall includes ONLY lots of product that were manufactured in Vietnam and DOES NOT include eye drops made in Japan.

Nipro Diagnostics, Inc. today announced it is initiating a voluntary recall and replacement of a limited number of TRUEbalance™ and TRUEtrack® Blood Glucose Meters distributed both in the United States and outside the United States. There are 501 affected TRUEbalance meters and 105 affected TRUEtrack meters that were distributed in the United States from September 2008 to May 2013.
