Britax adjuster bad casing cracking off

It was re-assembling a boulevard70 when I noticed a black plastic piece on the floor and when looking closely noticed this. Anyone see this happen before, will call britax tomorrow about it

Well I've never seen that before. Is that rust on the adjuster bar? That concerns me too...

Re: Britax adjuster bad casing cracking off

okay so spoke to Britax and they are swapping it out and the woman was shocked to hear it and seems like this is a first. Hopefully not common since i doubt most would notice!

Mine did that after I had it 11 months. They replaced it.
