Combi USA, Inc. (Combi) is recalling certain model 8220 (Coccoro) child restraints manufactured January 6, 2009, through December 5, 2012; model 8836 (Zeus 360) child restraints manufactured February 25, 2009, through May 24, 2012; and model 8815 (Zeus Turn) manufactured from July 15, 2007, through March 25, 2009. The harness webbing fails to meet minimum breaking strength requirements.

Joovy Recalls Zoom Car Seat Stroller Adapter due to Fall Hazard. Recalled car seat adapter models include 00945 for Graco, 00946 for Chicco and 00947 for Peg Perego frames. Sold at Independent specialty juvenile retailers and online at Joovy.com between May 2012 and August 2013 for about $25.

Playtex Recalls Hip Hammock Infant Carriers Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at Burlington Coat Factory, Target, Walmart, juvenile product, baby and discount stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com from June 2004 through December 2008 and January 2010 in Canada for about $40 for the basic model and $60 for the deluxe model.

Google and HP Recall HP Chromebook 11 Chargers Due to Fire and Burn Hazards; Charger Can Overheat and Melt. Sold at Best Buy stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com, bestbuy.com, Google Play at play.google.com, and HP Shopping at shopping.hp.com from October 2013 through November 2013 and included with the Chromebook 11 which sold for about $280.

Walmart Recalls Mainstays five-piece card table and chair sets Due to Finger Amputation and Fall Hazards. Sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide and online at www.walmart.com from May 2013 through November 2013 for about $50.

Candle Ring Recalled by Yankee Candle Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at Hallmark and Yankee Candle retail stores nationwide, Yankee Candle catalogs and online at Yankeecandle.com from September 2013 through October 2013 for between $8 and $10.

Libbey Glass Recalls Bristol Valley Cocktail Glasses with Sheer Rim Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold through Commercial customers for use in foodservice establishments, at the Libbey Outlet Store in Shreveport, Louisiana and at various independent liquor stores nationwide from January 2013 through November 2013 for between $1 and $4 per glass.

Fox Factory Recalls Evolution 2013 Mountain Bike Suspension Forks Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at Bicycle retailers nationwide between August 2012 and October 2013 as original equipment on bicycles priced from about $2,000 to $4,400. Products sold for aftermarket use for about $600 to $650.

Red Wing Shoes Recalls Steel Toe Work Boots Due to Impact Hazard. Sold at Red Wing stores and other shoe stores from October 2012 through November 2013 for between $185 and $340.

Wahl Recalls Total Care, Aerosol Cleaner, Lubricant & Coolant Due to Burn Hazard. Sold at Meijer, Walmart and other retail stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com from June 2009 to October 2013 for about $5.

Zip International Group LLC Recalls FOSFOREL Herring Fillet in Oil due to Listeria contamination. The recalled product was sold to retail grocery stores in New York State beginning on 11/07/2013 and ending on 12/12/2013.

The Cultured Kitchen® of West Sacramento, CA is voluntarily recalling all flavors of their non-dairy cashew cheese product due to a risk of contamination from Salmonella. The non-dairy cashew cheese was distributed in Northern California and Nevada at various natural foods stores and farmers markets in the Sacramento Valley, San Francisco Bay Area, and Reno.

Campbell Soup Company is voluntarily recalling approximately 300 cases of 24-ounce jars of Prego Traditional Italian sauce because of a risk of spoilage. The product subject to the recall was made at the Campbell Soup Supply Company establishment in Paris, Texas and was shipped on December 21, 2013 to retailer distribution centers that serve the following seven states: Arizona, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

Spokane Produce, Inc., of Spokane Washington is recalling approximately 59 lbs of Victor’s Sesame Hummus due to concerns about possible Listeria Monocytogenes. The hummus was distributed to retail locations (Rosauers, Brewster Market, SuperOne) in Washington and Montana.

Lee Bros. Foodservice Inc., a San Jose, Calif., establishment, is recalling 740 pounds of sausage products (Lee’s Sandwiches brand Pork Sausages, Lee’s Sandwiches brand Pork and Chicken Sausages ) that may be contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin
The products were sold at the wholesale and retail level in Arizona, California, Oklahoma, Nevada, Texas and by phone orders.

Yauk’s Specialty Meats, a Windsor, Colo., establishment, is expanding its recall to include an additional product that was produced under insanitary conditions - “Corner Post Meats” brand hams and bacon, “Old Style Sausage” brand Smoked Andouille Sausage, “Old Style Sausage” brand Smoked Kielbasa Sausage. The products were sold at the wholesale and retail level in Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.

Palama Holdings, LLC, a Kapolei, HI establishment, is expanding its recall of raw, frozen marinated “May’s Hawaii” chicken products to approximately 24,784 pounds because they may have experienced temperature abuse in the distribution chain. The products were produced on various dates between Sept. 24, 2013 and Nov. 6, 2013 then were distributed for retail sale on the islands of Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Hawaii, and to a nearby military commissary.

(NYSE: HSP), announced today it will initiate a voluntary nationwide recall to the user level for one lot of Lidocaine HCl Injection, USP, 2%, 5 mL Single-Dose Vial (NDC 0409-2066-05), Lot 32-135-DD, expiration date 1AUG2015. The recall is due to a reddish orange particulate on the inner surface and floating in the solution.

Abrams Royal Pharmacy is voluntarily recalling all unexpired lots of sterile products dispensed nationwide due to concerns of lack of sterility assurance. Sterile products are injectable medications, IVs, eye drops, pellet implants, nasal sprays, inhalation solutions, and eye ointments.
The recalled products were distributed to health care facilities, physicians, and patients from June 17, 2013, through December 17, 2013.
