Does Kohl's price match their own website?

So, we need some new flatware. Found what I wanted on Kohl's.com. Regular price $65, sale price $45. I had $50 in KC. I didn't want to pay shipping so I went to the store.

They had what I wanted, but it wasn't marked on sale on the shelf. So I checked the Kiosk and it was on sale there. Since you don't pay shipping through the Kiosk I went ahead and ordered it. So problem solved. But, for future reference, does anybody know whether they would have honored the online price if it hadn't rung up on sale at the counter?

Did you have them check the price? My guess is it was onsale just not marked. I've noticed ours isn't very good at keeping the sales marked in the kitchen wares and bed and bath department.

I thought about it, but when I saw I could just order it at the kiosk and not stand in line I decided not to bother. I did guess that there was a strong likelihood that it would ring up at the sale price, bit the lines were quite long and I didn't want to have to wait in one to find out.

Doesn't Kohl's have price scanners around the store? I thought they did.

I looked for one and didn't find one. That doesn't mean they're not there. It could be that I'm just not observant enough.

We had this happen to us last night... Bedding we wanted was on sale 60% off online but buy one get one in the store. The manager had to override it but they did give us the online price.
