Not sure if these will help anyone who is trying to decide on the Como, but thought I'd post them jic: 7yo (46" tall, 16" torso, 40lbs)

hmm... your 7yo's shoulder fit does not seem any more restricted in the como than in the BV, but the BV appears to have a more gradually outward-tapering shoulder area than the como. i wonder whether the como and signo are identical in that regard, or the signo would have a slightly wider shoulder width because of the lack of EPS foam?

SPB, she said that the Como felt "tighter" around her shoulders than the BV, but she preferred the Como because she felt that the headwings in the BV "pushed her neck out at an angle" (her words). She said that she prefers her Regent, but that the Como was comfy. I tried to get my 4.5yo to comment on the comfort and fit of the Como vs. the BV, but she only has eyes for that Shannon cover. She has never complained about the BV wings, and she spent her late infancy/toddlerhood in a Wizard. DS also does not mind the BV wings at all. And he's a screamer when he's bugged, so the whole neighborhood would know if HE was uncomfortable.

Thanks for posting those pics. It gives me an idea how my DS might fit when he is older and how long he'll be able to be harnessed.
