2 carseats in Semi

I was wandering how we would go about installing 2 car seats in a 03 Volvo Semi truck. We are going to pick up a semi truck that my father in law is giving us and we were going to go as a family so my in laws could see our kids because we live on the other aide of the country from them. Our kids are 3 and 1 so they are both in car seats. Idk if its legal or how to go about installing them. Any help would be appreciated!

Hopefully someone with some more knowledge on semi trucks can chime in.

Is it possible to all drive there in your normal vehicle and for one parent to drive the semi back, and the other drive your normal vehicle with the children?

Both children would need to ride in installed car seats, and all adults would need to be buckled as well. To my knowledge there are only 2 seats in a semi, so there would be no safe way for more than 2 people to ride in one at a time.

Also keep in mind that anything not secured in the cab/bed area can become a deadly projectile in a crash.
