Convertible Seat for a 1997 Subaru Impreza

Wondering about getting a convertible seat for our 1997 Impreza. It doesn't have anchors, and we're talking about upgrading to a newer model, but for the moment we need a seat that can work both ways.

Also, our son is pretty tall. The taller the seat the better. Any thoughts?

How old, tall, and heavy is your child? And do you have a budget of which we should be mindful?

He's currently in the 95th percentile for height at 8 months. We anticipate him getting quite tall (his grandfather is 6'5"). Price point..I wouldn't go over $300, but would prefer to stay under $200.

I'd look at the Graco Size4Me/Headwise/My Size 70, Chicco NextFit, and Diono Radian with angle adjuster, then.
