Very good customer service from Diono Canada this week
I know customer service seems hit and miss with many manufacturers, but I have yet again experienced fantastic service from Diono Canada.
I had a family who I have worked with for years experience their Radian Premiere harness adjuster essentially stop working. I encouraged them to call Diono and long story short, Patti from Diono Canada agreed to send a replacement R120, no problem.
I also had a family with a 2nd gen Monterey with the funky belt guides request a replacement headrest, and as I understand it, the headrest is on it's way. Again, Patti from Diono Canada being so helpful.
So, just a little shout out to Diono for good customer care.
