Graco Click Connect carseats getting stuck on base (??)

So far, a CC40 and a CC35 (part of a whole travel system) have gotten stuck in bases and returned to my BRU. Has anyone else had this problem?
No amount of pulling, tugging, or prying has been able to free them, though I don't think we tried as hard as when the old Classics were getting stuck in the 35-with-the-lockoff bases, one of those took some damage when we pried it apart with a huge screwdriver. Nevertheless, parents shouldn't have to use a crowbar to get their infant seat out of the car :twocents:

One of my good friends was refunded from Graco after returning her CC40 for the same reason. It had trouble latching onto and coming off of the base. Once got truly stuck and that is when she returned it to Graco for a full refund.

Not yet, but I had a heck of a time installing a CC in a Prius the other day. That base is.. pretty, um .. not how I would design it.

I was this close to declaring things incompatible, which never happens.

I know with the not CC Snugrides, they can get stuck on the base if the harness get loosened to the point that the harness interferes with the hook thingy (Only happens if the plastic cover isn't in place).
