Question Expiring Parkway (original)

I have both Tiffany and Woodstock covers. The seat will be trashed within a month. Any compelling reason to keep the covers?

I've tried to get rid of my (3? 4?) extra Parkway covers several times, since my seat expired last fall. There's just really not a market, since that last Parkways are expiring soon and these covers don't fit anything else.

Shame, too, because this was one of my favorite boosters ever and had such GREAT covers! Britax just doesn't do covers like they used to. I had matching PW/MA covers - a Tiffany set and a CowMoo set - and was so sad when the PW expired. The MA only has about six weeks left, too. :(

We should all send our covers to some one to make a car-seat cover memory quilt. I have the blue dog paw ma cover that I just cant send to the trash.

That is BRILLIANT!!! I have been hoarding expired car seat covers (much to the disdain of my husband lol) especially old Britax ones. A quilt would be great, my sister does amazing quilts I could ask her what she thinks. I bet it would be really thick and great for things like picnics and games and parades and things. I'm seriously living this idea!

I think I remember that WhatAboutPuppy makes them? If not her, I think it's someone Judi knows. I'm saving my favorite covers to a make one; I love the idea and it shut DH up about keeping them. :)

Yeah, I think the original was retired at the beginning of 2008, making them all expired within a month or so.

Mine expires in a couple days. I have cheetah and royal purple. (Not sure what their official names are.) I plan to make a bag or pillow or something out of them.
