Angelcare Recalls to Repair Movement and Sound Baby Monitors After Two Deaths Due to Strangulation Hazard. The recalled baby monitors were sold at Babies R Us/Toys R Us, Burlington Coat Factory, Meijer, Sears, Walmart, Amazon.com, Target.com, Overstock.com, and nearly 70 small baby specialty stores, from October 1999 through September 2013 for about $100to $300.

Baja Motorsports Recalls Mini Bikes Due to Fall, Crash Hazard. Sold at Northern Tool Equipment, Pep Boys and Tractor Supply Company from February 2010 to September 2013 for about $650.

Yokohama Tire Corporation (Yokohama) is recalling certain 7.50R16 RY215 tires manufactured January 1, 2006, through August 1, 2011. These tires are missing the "DOT" prefix, the required load/inflation information and do not list the material and number of structural plies.

Creminelli Fine Meats, LLC, a Salt Lake City, Utah, establishment, is recalling 31 pieces (approximately 101 pounds) of fully-cooked-not-shelf-stable, ready-to-eat pork roast products because they were produced under the wrong Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan and for mislabeling. The products were sold exclusively through internet sales to 28 customers, who have been identified by the company. These products were delivered to customers between Oct. 15, 2013 and Nov. 15, 2013.

Nature's Pharmacy and Compounding Center of Asheville, NC is voluntarily recalling of all lots of sterile products compounded by the pharmacy that are not expired to the consumer level. The product will be in the form of an injectable drug or an eye drop. These products were supplied to the offices of licensed medical professionals and to patients by prescription within the pharmacy's local market area in North Carolina. They were distributed from January 1, 2013 to present.
