    Angelcare Recalls to Repair Movement and Sound Baby Monitors After Two Deaths Due to Strangulation Hazard. The recalled baby monitors were sold at Babies R Us/Toys R Us, Burlington Coat Factory, Meijer, Sears, Walmart,,,, and nearly 70 small baby specialty stores, from October 1999 through September 2013 for about $100to $300.

    Boy’s Loungewear Pants Pajamas Recalled by The Bailey Boys Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard. Sold at
    Children’s boutiques nationwide from September 2012 through August 2013 for about $25.

    ElliptiGO Recalls Elliptical Cycles Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at
    ElliptiGO Inc. online at and through various specialty bicycle and specialty fitness retailers nationwide from April 2011 through October 2013 for about $1,800 to $3,500.

    Cuisinart Recalls Cuisinart 7-cup food processors Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold at Belk, Best Buy, Dillards, J.C. Penney, Macy’s, Sears, Williams-Sonoma and other stores nationwide, and online at and from October 2012 through June 2013 for about $100.

    Viking Recalls Built-In Side-by-Side Refrigerator Freezers with In-Door Dispensers Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at Appliance and specialty stores nationwide from November 2012 through May 2013 for between $5,400 and $6,400.

    Baja Motorsports Recalls Mini Bikes Due to Fall, Crash Hazard. Sold at Northern Tool Equipment, Pep Boys and Tractor Supply Company from February 2010 to September 2013 for about $650.

    Yokohama Tire Corporation (Yokohama) is recalling certain 7.50R16 RY215 tires manufactured January 1, 2006, through August 1, 2011. These tires are missing the "DOT" prefix, the required load/inflation information and do not list the material and number of structural plies.

    Creminelli Fine Meats, LLC, a Salt Lake City, Utah, establishment, is recalling 31 pieces (approximately 101 pounds) of fully-cooked-not-shelf-stable, ready-to-eat pork roast products because they were produced under the wrong Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan and for mislabeling. The products were sold exclusively through internet sales to 28 customers, who have been identified by the company. These products were delivered to customers between Oct. 15, 2013 and Nov. 15, 2013.

    Crunch Pak® of Cashmere, Washington is voluntarily recalling 5,471 cases of Crunch Pak® Apple Slices due to a possible health risk from Listeria monocytogenes.

    New Reliance Traders, Inc announced it is voluntarily recalling all lots of Hashmi Surma Special Eyeliner because it was found to contain high levels. The Hasmi Surma Special Eyeliner was distributed to retail stores in CT, PA, MD, and RI.

    Jobbers Wholesale Issues Voluntary Recall of Rhino 5 Plus, Maxtremezen and Extenzone Marketed as a Dietary Supplement Due to the Presence of Undeclared Drug Ingredients. All three products were distributed to selected retail customers in California by Jobbers Wholesale from June 1, 2013 to November 7, 2013.

    Fossil Fuel Products, LLC, Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of “RezzRX” Due to Undeclared Active Ingredients. RezzRX was distributed nationwide through various websites and retail stores in Georgia.

    USPlabs LLC Announces a Recall of OxyELITE Pro Dietary Supplements Due to Possible Health Risk. Product was distributed nationwide through retail stores, mail orders and direct delivery.

    Tendex Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of P-Boost, NatuRECT Due to Undeclared Active Ingredients. Both products are distributed nationwide to wholesale and retail customers and via the internet.

    Deseo Rebajar Inc. Issues Voluntary Puerto Rico Recall of Adipotrim XT Due to Underclared Fluoxetine. The product lot was sold directly to individual customers in our offices in Fajardo, Caguas and Bayamon and in website

    Nature's Pharmacy and Compounding Center of Asheville, NC is voluntarily recalling of all lots of sterile products compounded by the pharmacy that are not expired to the consumer level. The product will be in the form of an injectable drug or an eye drop. These products were supplied to the offices of licensed medical professionals and to patients by prescription within the pharmacy's local market area in North Carolina. They were distributed from January 1, 2013 to present.
