Question Flying in Canada

I am flying next week with my 2 year old son from Toronto to Vancouver. He rides RF in a Clek Foonf in my car. But I also have a Pioneer and a safety 1st air protect.
Any input as to which seat to bring? I'm reluctant to bring the foonf as it is so heavy and don't know whether it is approved for air use. As well, I am not renting a car once we get to our final destination of Victoria so he will have to FF most likely for the 10-12 dad we are there...

The foonf is aircraft approved but the Pioneer isnt. If you don't want to carry the foonf with you, understandably cause it is heavy, then I would bring the safety 1st air protect.

Pretty sure the Pioneer is, it's the Frontier CT and Pinnacle that aren't because of the click tight plate, which the Pioneer doesn't have.

If you're forward-facing anyway at your destination then the Complete Air would be #1 on my list for sure!

Britax site and the car seat blog review both say its still not FAA approved

I'd still pick the Safety 1st though

Thanks everyone! I think I will go with the safety 1st. I love that the foonf is approved, but the thought of schlepping it through the airport, onto a bus and then the ferry makes me want to cry lol.
