Question Can't find R120 in stock?

I got into a minor accident last week and my insurance is reimbursing me for new seats with no questions, but I can't find any new R120s to replace my old R120s. Is there any reason why I can't find them? I don't really like the headwings on the XT which is why I had the R120 to begin with & I like the form factor of the Radian.

I have a spare in the other car that I can use for my 2.5yo, and then just get 2 Frontiers or something for my 4.5yo (I was planning on getting a couple sometime next year anyhow), but I'd really rather have the Radians.

No, online stores. I see that it's on some sites that are known for having discontinued items, but it's not on amazon, diapers.com, toysrus, etc - no major retailers. It looks like it was pulled from the shelves, and I was wondering if anyone knew why.
