Diono Radian RXT cover question

I am wondering what the material is like in the plum version of this. I hate the fact that my daughter is outgrowing her infant seat and won't make it to second quarter 2014 when some patterns are coming out that I like for Radian, but oh well. This is the one that I am okay with, but I need to know what the material is like and likes/dislikes. I have lots of Radians, so I am familiar with them as a seat... TIA!

Suedeish. It's most similar to the Rugby, Flora/Spring, and those types. Maybe not exactly the same but that's the best I can do :)

I have 5 radians, 3 different fabric covers, but I have also felt the nylon ones in person, they aren't as cold, stiff as I was picturing, but not my top choice. The plum material is my absolute favorite. I wiped up a red slurpee spill and it looked good as new. It's the same as my gray radian65 (stone, maybe?). My second favorite fabric is the spring/trekk. The fabric is smooth, like a really high end sweatshirt, sort of. If you go to diapers.com you can click on the seat and then "zoom" over it to veiw the fabrics really up close.

I have the plum and cobalt versions. I do prefer the feel of the plum over the cobalt cause it seems so comfy. Although neither of my kids complain with riding in the cobalt.
I agree with the pp and it is almost suede-like in feel and wipes clean easy.
